Agriculture, forestry and fishing, checked for you 24/7

The scheme opens. You hear the same day.

Grant windows, payment schemes, land designations, supply contracts. They open on different sites, close quickly, and the good ones are gone before the newsletter lands.

ReachSpot checks each against your holding, your acreage and what you produce, then tells you which are worth the paperwork.

It reads the rule changes too, well before the deadline.

What we read for you

The records behind every match, named.

These are the sources ReachSpot reads for agriculture, forestry and fishing. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.

What this looks like

Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.

A mixed arable and livestock farm of about 900 acres, selling to two processors.

  1. Day one A payment scheme opens that fits your land and what you grow on it. Applications close in nine weeks. Find a grant
  2. Week four A water abstraction rule changes on the licence covering your catchment. It affects what you can irrigate next summer. Environment Agency
  3. Month two One of your two processors borrows money and files its accounts late for the first time in six years. Companies House
  4. Month five That processor issues a product recall. You had already started moving volume to the other one. Food Standards Agency

The scheme paid for the year. The processor was the one that could have cost you it.

An example of what these sources can show a business like this one. Not a real customer and not a measured result.

What a match looks like

One record, and the reason it reached you.

An illustration of the shape a match takes. Not a live result.

What happened

A grant scheme opening on Find a grant

Why you got it

The eligibility criteria match your holding type and your land use, and the window is open long enough to be worth the paperwork.

What it carries

The scheme, what it funds, who may apply, the closing date, and the guidance as published.

What it costs

£99 a month. Everything included.

Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.

Yearly is £990, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £198 in your account.

Questions agriculture, forestry and fishing ask

Answered straight, including the awkward ones.

Do you cover the Basic Payment successor schemes?

Where they are published on Find a grant, yes. Scheme guidance that only ever appears in a departmental PDF is not something ReachSpot reads today.

Will it tell me if a buyer is in trouble?

Yes. Charges, late accounts and insolvency notices for the merchants and processors you supply, from Companies House and the Gazette.

Is this just grants?

No, and grants are usually not the biggest part. Public supply contracts, environmental permits, food alerts and company events on your buyers all run against your record in the same price.

Does it work for a partnership rather than a limited company?

The register lookup is built on Companies House, so an unincorporated partnership has no record for us to read. You can still set the profile up by hand, but you lose the part that makes it accurate on day one.

See a real month before you pay anything.

Put your company number in. We read your record, check the last thirty days against it, and show you what you could have gone for. It takes about thirty seconds and it costs nothing.
