Do you cover private contracts as well as public?
Private contracts are not published anywhere, by anyone, so no source can. What is readable is the company activity around them: charges, incorporations, approvals and appointments.
Is training and assessment covered?
Where a public buyer puts it out to tender, yes. Awarding bodies and their own frameworks are not sources ReachSpot reads.
