These are the sources ReachSpot reads for construction and trades. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.

Do you cover planning applications for my area?
Only London today. ReachSpot reads the London Planning Datahub, and there is no usable national feed of UK planning applications to read instead. Outside London the Property stream has nothing for you yet. Everything else on this page works everywhere in the UK.
I already have a tender portal. What is different?
A portal shows you everything published and leaves the sorting to you. ReachSpot checks each notice against your trades, your radius and the values you bid at, and sends the few that survive with the qualification points attached. If a notice would rule you out on a registration you do not hold, you find out before you open the documents.
Will I hear about a main contractor in trouble?
Yes, from the Gazette and from charges filed at Companies House, which is usually earlier than the site knows. That is the Exposure stream and it is in the same price.
Do I have to bid on public work for this to be worth it?
No. Approvals, charges and company events all point at private work too. Contracts is one of eight streams and you keep the other seven whether you bid publicly or not.
