Energy, water and environment, checked for you 24/7
The scheme is public long before the contract is.
Grid connections, framework renewals, environmental permits, approved schemes. Every one sits on a register somewhere, and no two of them share a register.
ReachSpot watches all of them, checks each against your capability and your region, and sends the ones you can bid.
Regulatory changes arrive the same way, before they arrive at you.

What we read for you
The records behind every match, named.
These are the sources ReachSpot reads for energy, water and environment. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.

What this looks like
Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.
A water and environmental contractor working across the Midlands on frameworks and clean-up work.
- Day one The Environment Agency takes action against a site fifteen miles away, for the exact kind of contamination you clean up. Environment Agency
- Week two The site's operator borrows money. Somebody is paying to fix this. Companies House
- Month two The clean-up work goes out to tender. You already know the site, the problem and who is funding it. Find a Tender
- Month six A government decarbonisation fund opens that would pay for part of the work you have just won. Find a grant
You did not answer a tender. You spent two months getting ready for one you knew was coming.
An example of what these sources can show a business like this one. Not a real customer and not a measured result.
What a match looks like
One record, and the reason it reached you.
An illustration of the shape a match takes. Not a live result.
What happened
An enforcement action recorded against a permitted site
Why you got it
The site is inside your operating region, and the breach is in a category you are engaged to remediate.
What it carries
The operator, the permit, what the action concerned, the date, and the register entry.
What it costs
£249 a month. Everything included.
Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.
Yearly is £2,490, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £498 in your account.

Questions energy, water and environment ask
Answered straight, including the awkward ones.
Do you cover the whole of the UK for permits?
The Environment Agency registers cover England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have their own regulators and ReachSpot does not read them yet.
Will I see grid connection queues?
No. That is not in any source ReachSpot reads today, and we are not going to imply otherwise. What you will see is the procurement and the company events around the same schemes.
Is this useful if we are a subcontractor rather than a principal?
Yes, and often earlier. A charge filed against the principal, or an award to them, tells you the package is coming before anyone asks you to price it.
How quickly do notices reach me?
Each match is sent as it clears the checks rather than batched into a weekly digest. Company events come off a real-time push feed.
See a real month before you pay anything.
Put your company number in. We read your record, check the last thirty days against it, and show you what you could have gone for. It takes about thirty seconds and it costs nothing.
