Do you read minerals planning outside London?
No. The London Planning Datahub is the planning feed ReachSpot reads, and there is no national one to read. For a sector whose applications sit with county and unitary minerals authorities, that is a real limitation and we would rather you knew it now.
What about restoration conditions?
Where they appear in an Environment Agency register entry or a London determination, yes. Conditions held only in a county authority's own back office are not readable today.
Can I watch specific competitors?
Yes. Name them and their filings, charges, appointments and insolvency notices come through as they are published. That is the Rivals stream, in the same price.
Is Scotland covered?
Not for permits. The Environment Agency covers England; SEPA is not a source ReachSpot reads. Companies House, the Gazette and Find a Tender are UK-wide.
