Financial and insurance services, checked for you 24/7
The filing moves first. The enquiry comes later.
A charge registered, a director changed, accounts filed late, an approval granted. Every one is a company doing something that needs funding.
ReachSpot reads them the day they publish and tells you which match the deals you actually write.
Movement at a named company. Never a mention of your sector.

What we read for you
The records behind every match, named.
These are the sources ReachSpot reads for financial and insurance services. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.
| Companies HouseUnited Kingdom |
Charges registered, satisfied and outstanding, officer changes, PSC changes and incorporations, pushed in real time as they are filed. Every incorporation, charge, officer change, PSC change and insolvency case, pushed as it is filed. |

| The GazetteUnited Kingdom |
Insolvency notices, appointments and the statutory record around a company in difficulty. The official public record: corporate insolvency notices, appointments and statutory notices. |
| Find a TenderUnited Kingdom |
Contract awards, which tell you a company has just taken on work it may need funding to deliver. UK public procurement notices, in the open contracting standard. Worth knowing. Recorded Find a Tender notices only. Not a claim of complete UK procurement coverage. |
| London Planning DatahubGreater London |
Approvals across the London boroughs, where a development becomes a funding requirement. Planning applications and decisions across the London boroughs, as they are determined. Worth knowing. This is the planning footprint ReachSpot reads today. There is no usable national feed of UK planning applications, so outside London the Property stream has nothing to give you yet, and we would rather say that than let you find out. |
| Environment AgencyEngland |
Permits and enforcement at the operators in your book. Enforcement action taken against permit holders and operators, and the registers of permitted sites. |
Every match keeps its original record. If we cannot show you why something reached you, we do not send it.
What this looks like
Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.
A commercial finance broker writing facilities between £250,000 and £4m.
- Day one A company borrows from a lender whose rates you can beat. The filing appears within minutes, because Companies House sends it rather than waiting to be asked. Companies House
- Day one The same filing shows their previous loan was paid off last month. That makes it a refinance, and refinances are the ones brokers win. Companies House
- Week two That company wins a public contract. They have just taken on work they will need money to deliver. Find a Tender
- Month four A development they are behind gets planning permission. That is a second funding requirement, and you are already talking to them. London Planning Datahub
Four reasons to call the same company, and the earliest arrived within minutes of a filing landing.
An example of what these sources can show a business like this one. Not a real customer and not a measured result.
What a match looks like
One record, and the reason it reached you.
An illustration of the shape a match takes. Not a live result.
What happened
A charge registered at Companies House
Why you got it
The company is inside your lending criteria on size and sector, the chargeholder is not one you compete with on price, and the timing fits a refinance rather than a first facility.
What it carries
The company, the charge, the chargeholder, the filing date, the company's filing history, and the filing itself.
What it costs
£299 a month. Everything included.
Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.
Yearly is £2,990, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £598 in your account.

Questions financial and insurance services ask
Answered straight, including the awkward ones.
Do you read the FCA register?
No. It is researched and it is not connected, so nothing on this page depends on it. What is connected is the filing record, which is where borrowing actually shows up.
How fast are charge filings?
Companies House pushes them rather than making us poll, so a filing reaches the checks within minutes of being registered.
Is this a lead list?
No. A list is a list of companies. This is a list of things that happened, with the filing attached, checked against the deals you actually write. If the reason is not showable, it is not sent.
Why is this the most expensive pack?
Because one closed deal off one filing is worth more here than one win is worth in almost any other industry, and the reading costs us the same for everyone. That is the whole pricing logic and we will say it out loud.
See a real month before you pay anything.
Put your company number in. We read your record, check the last thirty days against it, and show you what you could have gone for. It takes about thirty seconds and it costs nothing.
