Health and social care, checked for you 24/7

Commissioning moves. You see it move.

Tenders, framework renewals, funding schemes, inspection and regulatory changes. All published, none of it in one place, all of it on a clock.

ReachSpot checks each against your registrations and your catchment.

Grant funding too, if you're a charity as well as a provider.

What we read for you

The records behind every match, named.

These are the sources ReachSpot reads for health and social care. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.

What this looks like

Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.

A home care provider registered for personal care, working across two council areas.

  1. Day one A nearby provider's CQC rating drops. Councils move packages when that happens, usually within weeks. Care Quality Commission
  2. Week three A framework you are registered for comes up for renewal. Find a Tender
  3. Month two A workforce fund opens that pays for training you were about to fund yourself. Find a grant
  4. Month four A larger provider in your area borrows heavily. That is normally how consolidation starts. Companies House

Commissioners acted on that rating drop within a month. You saw it the same week they did.

What happened

A framework renewal published on Find a Tender

Why you got it

The service line matches your registrations, the catchment overlaps yours, and the contract size is one you can staff.

What it carries

The commissioner, the service, the catchment, the dates, the value where published, and the notice.

What it costs

£149 a month. Everything included.

Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.

Yearly is £1,490, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £298 in your account.

Questions health and social care ask

Answered straight, including the awkward ones.

Do you use our CQC registrations?

Yes, and in both directions. Your registered activities and locations shape what reaches you, and a tender requiring a registration you do not hold is filtered out rather than sent for you to discover on page forty.

We are a charity as well as a provider. Does that change anything?

It adds your objects and your filed accounts to the profile, and it may put you on the £49 charity pack instead, which carries the same eight streams. Put the charity number in and the lookup will tell you.

Is commissioning activity actually published?

Tenders and framework renewals are. Decisions taken inside a board without a published notice are not, by anyone.

Does it work for a small domiciliary provider?

The checks are the same, the list is just shorter. The free report shows you your own month before you decide.

See a real month before you pay anything.

Put your company number in. We read your record, check the last thirty days against it, and show you what you could have gone for. It takes about thirty seconds and it costs nothing.
