Property and facilities, checked for you 24/7
The approval is public months before the agent hears.
Planning consents, land assembly, lease events, disposals, and the schemes that never reach a portal. Each authority publishes differently and none publish to you.
ReachSpot reads them against your patch and the lot sizes you take.
Occupiers in trouble show up in the same feed.

What we read for you
The records behind every match, named.
These are the sources ReachSpot reads for property and facilities. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.
| London Planning DatahubGreater London |
Applications and decisions across the London boroughs, at the point a scheme is determined rather than when it is marketed. Planning applications and decisions across the London boroughs, as they are determined. Worth knowing. This is the planning footprint ReachSpot reads today. There is no usable national feed of UK planning applications, so outside London the Property stream has nothing to give you yet, and we would rather say that than let you find out. |

| Companies HouseUnited Kingdom |
Charges registered against developers and owners, which is the funding arriving before the scheme is public. Every incorporation, charge, officer change, PSC change and insolvency case, pushed as it is filed. |
| Find a TenderUnited Kingdom |
Facilities and estate packages from public landlords. UK public procurement notices, in the open contracting standard. Worth knowing. Recorded Find a Tender notices only. Not a claim of complete UK procurement coverage. |
| The GazetteUnited Kingdom |
Occupiers and developers entering insolvency, from the official notice. The official public record: corporate insolvency notices, appointments and statutory notices. |
| Environment AgencyEngland |
Flood risk, permits and enforcement affecting sites you hold or are pricing. Enforcement action taken against permit holders and operators, and the registers of permitted sites. |
Every match keeps its original record. If we cannot show you why something reached you, we do not send it.
What this looks like
Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.
An asset manager holding about 40 mixed-use units across London and the south east.
- Day one Someone applies to build on the plot backing onto one of your units. The application says what it will be and how big. London Planning Datahub
- Week four The applicant borrows money against it. The scheme is funded, so it is happening rather than being tested. Companies House
- Month three A tenant in a different building files late accounts and changes finance director in the same month. Companies House
- Month six A council advertises a maintenance contract covering a borough where you already hold buildings. Find a Tender
Planning applications are London only today, and we would rather tell you now than let you find out later. Company filings and public contracts work anywhere you hold property.
An example of what these sources can show a business like this one. Not a real customer and not a measured result.
What a match looks like
One record, and the reason it reached you.
An illustration of the shape a match takes. Not a live result.
What happened
A determination in a London borough
Why you got it
The site is in your patch, the use class matches what you handle, and the floor area puts it in your lot size.
What it carries
The applicant, the address, the use class, the floor area, the decision and its date, and the determination record.
What it costs
£199 a month. Everything included.
Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.
Yearly is £1,990, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £398 in your account.

Questions property and facilities ask
Answered straight, including the awkward ones.
Which planning authorities do you cover?
The London boroughs, through the London Planning Datahub, and nowhere else. This is the honest limit of the Property stream and it is the first thing you should weigh. There is no usable national feed of UK planning applications: the government's own dataset carries a banner saying it is incomplete and not ready for use, lists no active providers, and holds roughly a quarter of one year's applications. Real national coverage means either around 330 council scrapers or a commercial licence, and until one of those exists we are not going to imply we have it.
So is this worth it outside London?
For the Property stream alone, no, and you should not buy it for that. The other seven streams are UK-wide and work everywhere: charges against developers, insolvency notices, public estate contracts and enforcement all reach you wherever you are. The free report will show you exactly what a month looks like for your company before you decide.
Do you read Land Registry ownership data?
No. The ownership datasets carry restrictions that expressly prohibit using them to contact property owners, and that boundary has not been settled in writing, so ReachSpot does not read them.
Will I hear about a tenant in difficulty?
Yes, from charges, late accounts and insolvency notices at Companies House and the Gazette. That is the Exposure stream, in the same price, and it is UK-wide.
