Technology, media and communications, checked for you 24/7

Public buyers publish what they're about to build.

Frameworks, digital transformation notices, innovation grants, and the awards that show who won last time. All open, all readable, all ignored.

ReachSpot checks each against your stack, your accreditations and the size of contract you can carry.

It tells you when a rival lands one, too.

What we read for you

The records behind every match, named.

These are the sources ReachSpot reads for technology, media and communications. Not a roadmap and not everything that exists: what is connected and running. Where a stream covers less ground than its name suggests, it says so here rather than in a footnote.

What this looks like

Four months. Four things nobody would have sent you.

A twenty-person data and integration consultancy holding Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.

  1. Day one A mid-sized group sets up a new company and borrows against it in the same week. Somebody has funded a project that needs building. Companies House
  2. Week six A public body says it intends to buy the same kind of work. Two different buyers, same direction. Find a Tender
  3. Month three An innovation fund opens that would pay for the discovery phase of that work. Find a grant
  4. Month seven The contract is advertised, and it asks for the certifications you already hold. Find a Tender

Seven months from a company filing to a contract you could bid for. Almost nobody in this sector reads company filings.

An example of what these sources can show a business like this one. Not a real customer and not a measured result.

What a match looks like

One record, and the reason it reached you.

An illustration of the shape a match takes. Not a live result.

What happened

A framework call-off published on Find a Tender

Why you got it

The lot matches your service lines, the accreditations named are ones you hold, and the contract size sits inside what you can deliver.

What it carries

The buyer, the lot, the accreditations required, the dates, the value where published, and the notice.

What it costs

£199 a month. Everything included.

Eight streams run against your record whether you read them or not, so there is nothing cheaper to drop to and nothing to add on later. Your home market is in the price. Cancel any month.

Yearly is £1,990, which is ten months rather than twelve and keeps £398 in your account.

Questions technology, media and communications ask

Answered straight, including the awkward ones.

Do you cover G-Cloud and the digital frameworks?

Where notices and call-offs are published on Find a Tender, yes. Marketplace activity that never produces a published notice is not readable.

Will it tell me who won?

Award notices, yes, where the buyer publishes them. That is the Rivals stream and it is in the same price.

Is this only public sector?

No. Charges, incorporations and officer changes point at private buyers doing something that needs building. Public contracts are one stream of eight.

Can it match on our accreditations?

Yes, and it works in both directions: a notice requiring something you do not hold is filtered out rather than sent for you to discover on page forty.

Put your company number in. We read your record, check the last thirty days against it, and show you what you could have gone for. It takes about thirty seconds and it costs nothing.
