Who controls the data
FRAMEBOARD LIMITED, company number 17154107, operates ReachSpot and acts as the data controller for information submitted through this website. You can contact us at team@reachspot.co.uk.
What we collect
We may collect your name, work email, organisation details, locations, services, opportunity preferences and any message you send. Our hosting and security services may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time.
Why we use it
We use profile data to match opportunities, operate the service, prevent abuse and improve future matches. We use contact details to respond to you and, where you have requested it, deliver service alerts.
Legal bases
Depending on the activity, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent where the law requires it.
Where data is processed
The public website and profile intake use Netlify infrastructure. ReachSpot’s operating records may be synchronised to Thraxis on private company hardware. Service providers may process data in other countries under their contractual safeguards.
Retention and sharing
We keep information only while it serves the purpose described, a legal duty or a documented business need. We do not sell personal data. We share it with infrastructure providers and advisers only where they need it to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. Email team@reachspot.co.uk. UK users can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
We use access controls, audit records and secret management appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security, so we will act on credible reports and notify affected people where the law requires it.
