What Creditsafe is

Business credit and risk data. Company credit reports and scores, monitoring with alerts, international coverage, compliance checks including anti-money laundering and know your business, debt recovery, B2B data and integrations into CRM and accounting systems.

No pricing is published. Its site directs you to a free trial or to contact sales.

What it is good at

Credit reports and payment information

Credit reports can include payment behaviour reported by other suppliers. That information is different from the company filings ReachSpot reads.

Setting a credit limit

A score with a suggested limit is a decision you can put in a policy and apply consistently. An early warning is not a substitute for that and does not try to be.

Compliance work

Anti-money laundering, sanctions and politically exposed person screening, identity and know your business checks. ReachSpot does none of it and a regulated firm needs it.

Sitting inside the systems you already use

Integrations into CRM and accounting, and international coverage, which matters as soon as you are checking companies outside the UK.

What ReachSpot does differently

One service that checks eight streams against your business profile: Contracts, Projects, Property, Prospects, Rivals, Customers about to go under, Rules and Funding. Priced by industry, from £49 a month for charities to £299 for commercial finance, with every stream included at every price.

Public procurement is one stream of eight

ReachSpot includes public contract notices alongside other sources of business information. Planning changes and funding programmes are included, as are company records and warnings about the businesses you watch.

The price is on the page

Twenty industry packs, each with a stated monthly and yearly figure, no demo required to find out what it costs and no sales call before you see a number.

Matching uses your business profile

Your company or charity record starts the profile. You confirm the details about your services and working area, and ReachSpot checks notices against those facts.

Free before you pay

You can see what the last thirty days would have produced for your company before there is any card involved.

Choose Creditsafe if

You need to set and defend credit limits, you have regulatory checks to run, you trade outside the UK, or you want a score inside your accounting system.

Go to Creditsafe

Choose ReachSpot if

You want to follow warning signs in official company records alongside contract and project opportunities. ReachSpot shows the original filing and explains what needs checking.
